This may include sexual harassment, sexual assault, violence or aggression, but also discrimination, bullying, intimidation, or abuse of power. These situations can occur within the team, during events, or even in online environments.

The confidential advisor works independently and is not part of the board. Their role is not to investigate complaints or determine what is true or false.

Instead, their purpose is to support you, offer guidance, and help you consider ways to address the situation in a way that works best for you.
